Meet the Founder
Rick Peterson
With more than 30 years in Canadian capital markets, Rick brings experience across investment advisory, institutional sales, and investment banking, including roles at Midland Walwyn Capital Inc., Merrill Lynch Canada, Yorkton Securities, and HSBC Securities. He founded Peterson Capital in 2003 and continues to drive its success through his strong relationships, hands‑on client and advisor engagement, and deep understanding of the retail investor landscape.
President & CEO
Greg Stumph
With more than ten years of operational leadership and seven years at Peterson Capital, Greg drives the firm’s strategic direction and day‑to‑day execution as President & CEO. He leads our national and international growth, oversees client and advisor engagement, and ensures the firm delivers the high‑performance standards Peterson Capital is known for. Greg earned his Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Finance) from the University of Alberta.
