Dr. Bryan Brulotte

  • A Canadian business executive, community leader, and former military officer whose career has been shaped by leadership, public service, and entrepreneurship.

  • Raised in a military family in northern Quebec, in 1982 he attended the Royal Military College,  before being commissioned into the Infantry in 1987. He served for more than four decades in both the Regular and Reserve Force, including with the Royal 22e Régiment and the Governor General's Foot Guards, concluding his military service as Honorary Colonel of the Governor General's Foot Guards.

  • Following regular full-time military service in 1993, Dr. Brulotte briefly served as a political Chief of Staff before founding MaxSys, a national staffing and human resources company that grew to $100 million in annual revenue. Today, he serves as Chairman of Sterling-Trust, a private investment company managing a diversified portfolio of businesses and investments.

  • He holds degrees in military and strategic studies, history, and business administration, including a master's degree and doctorate in business. He is a Member of the Order of Saint John, appointed by His Majesty King Charles III, and a Grand Commander of the Order of Saint Joachim.

  • An active philanthropist and public policy commentator, Dr. Brulotte supports numerous charitable organizations. He has a particular interest in strengthening Canada's economic prosperity, national security, and democratic institutions.
