EVENT REGISTRATION - RELEASE, CONSENT AND WAIVER

REGARDING THE USE OF LIKENESS, WORKS, AND COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Please read the following carefully to confirm your acknowledgement and consent. By submitting this as part of the registration form, you agree to be bound by the terms below on behalf of Grignan Holdings Ltd o/a Peterson Capital ("Peterson Capital").

1. PHOTO AND VIDEO CONSENT
I consent to being photographed and/or recorded on video during the event. I acknowledge that such photographs and video recordings may be used by Peterson Capital for promotional, marketing, social media, and other business-related purposes, including publication on Peterson Capital's website and other digital or print platforms. I understand that once published electronically, Peterson Capital cannot prevent third parties from accessing, copying, altering, or republishing such images or recordings without my consent, and I voluntarily accept this possibility.

2. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
I authorize Peterson Capital to collect, store, and use the personal information provided by me during this registration process (including, without limitation, my name, contact information, and any other details submitted) for the purposes of event administration, communications, and marketing activities. I understand that Peterson Capital will handle my personal information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

3. RELEASE AND WAIVER
In consideration of my participation in Peterson Capital's event, I hereby remise, release, and forever discharge Grignan Holdings Ltd o/a Peterson Capital, its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, suits, damages, costs, and demands whatsoever, whether at law or in equity, arising from or related to: (a) the publication or use of my photograph, video image, or likeness; (b) any unconsented-to use, alteration, or republication of my likeness by third parties; or (c) the collection and use of my personal information as described herein.

4. VOLUNTARY CONSENT AND RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
I confirm that my consent is given freely and voluntarily. I understand that I may withdraw my consent with respect to future use of my personal information or likeness by providing written notice to Peterson Capital, though such withdrawal will not affect any use already made prior to the date of withdrawal.

5. I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

By submitting this registration form (electronically or otherwise), I confirm that I agree to the terms of this Release, Consent and Waiver in connection with my attendance at an event hosted by Grignan Holdings Ltd o/a Peterson Capital.
